Hosting Support
If you have an account with us, you can login to your control panel and create technical
support tickets. These tickets will be immediately sent to our technical support staff,
one of whom will be assigned to personally help you with your issue. Through your control
panel, you also can monitor the status of your support ticket.
To create a support ticket, perform the following:
- Login to your control panel
- Click on 'Support Center'
- Click on 'Make a Ticket'
- Complete the web-based form and click 'Submit'
You should have a response within 24 hours. If you don't, please contact us at support@tonichost.com. You can monitor the status of your tickets in the submenu 'Trouble Tickets' under 'Support Center'.
Before you create a ticket, be sure to check the Knowledge Base to find answers to your questions.
The Knowledge Base is a submenu under 'Support Center'.
